‘Accidentally’ launched new Russian module thruster, orbital aberration space station

The International Space Station (ISS) went out of control for a while on Thursday. The threat was caused by the inadvertent launch of its jet thruster just hours after the new Russian research module had docked.

Seven crew members aboard the space station are safe. Two Russians, three NASA astronauts, one Japanese and one French astronaut from the European Space Agency are all safe, according to NASA and Russia’s state news agency RIA.

According to NASA, mission controllers in Moscow were carrying out some post-docking reconstruction work. The danger at that time. The accident happened about three hours after the Russian ‘boat’ module attached to the space station.

US space agency officials said the module’s jets suddenly resumed. As a result, the entire station is at a distance of about 250 miles from Earth’s normal location. Given the emergency situation, the mission’s flight director declared the spacecraft a state of emergency.

NASA’s Space Station Program Manager Joel Montalbano said the station’s orientation and position deviation were detected for the first time by automated ground sensors. It lasted for about 45 minutes.

NASA officials said the flight team from Earth began work immediately. The adaptation of the space station is restored by activating the thrust of the second module on the platform. Everyone gasped.

But due to this disturbance, another program has been postponed till August. This is the space station test of Boeing’s new CST-10 Starliner capsule. The CST-10 Starliner capsule was to be launched on Friday on an Atlas V rocket from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
