Aam Aadmi Party accused Delhi Police of manhandling Manish Sisodia. The party shared the video on its Twitter account, in which Sisodia is seen being escorted by the police inside the Rouse Avenue Court.
Meanwhile, media persons start asking Sisodia questions regarding the Centre’s ordinance. In response to this, Sisodia says that the prime minister has developed arrogance. As soon as he said this, the police did not allow him to answer further and dragged him away.
In the caption of this video, AAP wrote- ‘Delhi Police and Narendra Modi should be ashamed. How dare the Delhi Police misbehave with Manish Sisodia ji like this? Modi ji, the whole country is watching your dictatorship. After some time the account of the party got suspended. However, the account was restored after some time.
The Aam Aadmi Party had tweeted this video, after which the account of the party got suspended for some time.
For some time on Tuesday afternoon, tweets stopped appearing on the Twitter account of the Aam Aadmi Party.
AAP shared Sukesh’s video and said – this is the hypocrisy of the Modi government
The Aam Aadmi Party raised questions on the police by sharing the video of Mahathug Sukesh Chandrasekhar and called it the hypocrisy of the Modi government. In this video, the police is taking Sukesh to appear in the court. During this, Sukesh accuses Arvind Kejriwal in front of the media, but the police does not stop him.
AAP said that the biggest thug has a free hand to give statement in custody, but when Sisodia gave statement in custody, he was ill-treated.
The Aam Aadmi Party tweeted and compared Sukesh’s appearance in the court with that of Sisodia.
Police bid – we acted under the rules
After the allegations made by AAP, Delhi Police wrote on its Twitter account, ‘Police misbehavior with Manish Sisodia at the time of appearance in Rouse Avenue Court is propaganda. The action of the police which is visible in the video was necessary in terms of security. It is against the law for the accused to talk to the media while in custody.
