A new color of hope for the Garage Painters community in India

nippon paint India Badshah of Rangon, has launched a pan-India program to uplift, reward and recognize the garage painter community and identify India’s top car painters.

This eight-month long initiative has been launched today and will end on January 14, 2023. The program aims to connect with over 10,000 car painters across the country through an unparalleled nationwide outreach that will include skill contests, loyalty benefits as well as prizes. Recognition with top award of Tata Tiago car.

The scheme is based on a simple point tally from which winners will be identified. To ensure that painters from every part of the country get equal opportunities, the company has divided the country into 45 city clusters and each city cluster will win the champion motorbike. The company will also provide personal accident insurance of Rs 2 lakh to thousands of painters.

For future generations of the painter community, the company has also announced a talent-based, education grant of up to Rs 12,000 per child per year, school fee reimbursement for eligible children of participating painters. Most importantly, each participating painter will earn monthly rewards based on the purchase of Nippon Paint products, points accumulated over a month, with direct bank transfer. Points will be uploaded into the Nippon Paint Sen (Lion e Nippon) app using the QR code that is available on each Nippon Paint can. Monthly winners calculated on the basis of number of points will also be awarded with attractive prizes.

Skill training will also be provided to the winning painters from each city cluster. In the second phase of the competition, the City Cluster Champions will participate in a skill competition which will have equal importance for the selection of the national winner.

Through our initiative Rang Ke Badshah, we aim to touch the lives of over 10,000 painters and help in their upliftment both socially and economically apart from enhancing their skills and abilities. ,
