Seven people died when an ambulance collided with a canter in the Fatehganj police station area of Bareilly, UP on Tuesday.
A police officer from Fatehganj West Zone Police Station said that the ambulance from Ramamurthy Hospital was coming from Delhi to Bareilly and the accident took place near Sankha Bridge on the National Highway.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief over the death of people through the Twitter handle of the CM’s office.
The CM’s office wrote, “#UPCM @myogiadityanath has expressed deep grief over the death of people in a road accident in Bareilly district. Praying for the peace of the departed soul, the Chief Minister expressed his condolences to the bereaved families.
