53 new cases in Uttar Pradesh, no covid in 8 districts. Lucknow News – Times of India

The data showed that there are 1,038 active cases left in the state.

Lucknow: In the last 24 hours, 53 new cases of corona virus infection have been reported in Uttar Pradesh. Officials said the overall positivity rate for the state remained at 2.7%, while the recovery rate stood at 98.6%.
A look at the official bulletin indicates that another district has become coronavirus free. Hathras is a new addition to the existing list of Aligarh, Balrampur, Basti, Etah, Mahoba, Lalitpur and Shravasti. The bulletin also indicated that 43 districts have zero cases, while the rest came up with only single-digit entries.
The data also revealed that there are 1,038 active cases left in the state. While eight districts have become Covid-19 free, only four, including Kushinagar (99), Prayagraj (90), Lucknow (82) and Mainpuri (71), have more than 50 active cases. The bulletin also indicated that 47 districts have less than 15 active cases.
