3 Persons Killed, 50 Injured As Bus Carrying Marriage Party Hits Tree in MP

He told that the bus carrying the bride along with the members of the groom’s side collided with a roadside tree in Dhari village, about 60 km from the district headquarters.

Three people were killed and around 50 others were injured when a bus carrying wedding processions rammed into a tree in Madhya Pradesh’s Singrauli district on Thursday.

He said that 11 of the injured were seriously injured.

He told that the bus carrying the bride along with the members of the groom’s side collided with a roadside tree in Dhari village, about 60 km from the district headquarters.

The accident happened when they were returning home after marriage.

The three people sitting in the front row have been identified as Manik Kes Bayar (45), Umar Kes Bind (35) and Bhai Lal Bayar (50), the official said.

He said that the injured have been admitted to the district hospital.
