An 11-year-old boy was attacked with pepper spray and stabbed in Jerusalem on Saturday night, according to Israel police.
The Jerusalem district of Poli arrested two Jerusalem residents – an 18-year-old and a 23-year-old – on suspicion of carrying out the attack that evening.
The 23-year-old was in possession of pepper spray at the time of his arrest.
