A major accident took place on Wednesday night at 1.10 pm on the ISKCON Bridge in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat. In this, 9 people including two policemen were killed, while 20 people were injured. Blood was flowing on the bridge due to rain

Dainik Bhaskar’s team saw this dreadful scene with their own eyes. Dead bodies were scattered for 200 meters on the bridge. Someone’s body was on the bonnet of the car, while someone was on the ground. Some’s legs were bent, while the lower part of some’s body was crushed.
Both the legs of a young man who was victim of the accident were twisted. He died on the spot due to head injury.
Young son dies in front of father’s eyes
After the accident, the local people were searching for their relatives among the dead. Meanwhile, a parent reached the bridge in search of his young son. After seeing many dead bodies, he found his young son also dead. The parents were crying out to the people to save their son’s life. Seeing his condition, all the people present on the spot were heartbroken.
how did the accident happen
It was around 1 am and a Mahindra Thar without number plate was going at full speed from Karnavati Club towards ISKCON overbridge. Meanwhile, the Thar rammed into a dumper going ahead. A crowd of passers-by and people around had gathered to see this accident. Around 1.10 in the night, a Jaguar car rammed the crowd from this road. The accident was so gruesome that the bodies of the dead and injured fell up to 200 meters away.
A crowd of people were looking at the Thar jeep that met with an accident on the bridge. When the Jaguar rammed into the crowd, the body of a young man fell on the bonnet of the Thar Bridge.
Jaguar came at a speed of about 160
The Jaguar car was being driven by Fact Patel, 19 years old. A friend of the fact another girl was also riding in the car. After the accident, the mob caught hold of the fact and thrashed him fiercely. During this, the fact was seen apologizing with folded hands.
Some people saved the fact from the crowd. He has also been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The entire family of the accused fact is missing since the accident. Fact’s father Pragyesh Patel has been an accused in a gang rape case.
Four youths among the dead lived in PG
The four youths who lost their lives in the accident lived in PG. All four had come to ISKCON from Thaltej a day earlier. All four had reached together to see the accident on the bridge. At the same time, a traffic police constable near Vastrapur also reached the bridge after getting information about the accident. A Home Guard jawan was also with them. Both of them also died on the spot.

all government cameras were off
After the accident, police officials found that all government cameras on the SG Highway were switched off. Due to this, cameras of private buildings and shops are being searched nearby. A traffic policeman told that not a single camera was operational on this highway. Several applications were given for this, but there was no improvement.
