On June 30, a charge sheet was filed in a Pune court against DRDO scientist Pradeep Kurulkar, who shared intelligence with a Pakistani agent.

In which it was found that he had shared the information of Indian missile systems like BrahMos and Agni to the Pakistani agent.

According to the charge sheet, the Pakistani agent (female) trapped Pradeep in the trap of love. After this, India’s intelligence information was obtained from Pradeep.

Scientist collected DRDO’s secret information in his personal phone and then shared it with Pakistani agent. He also told the girl about his personal and official tours.

Pradeep Kurulkar was the director of a DRDO lab in Pune. On suspicion, the Anti Terrorism Squad of Maharashtra arrested him on 3 May 2023.

He was arrested under the Official Secrets Act. At present, he is in judicial custody.

Girl framed scientist by sending obscene video
According to the ATS charge sheet, Pradeep used to talk to a girl through WhatsApp, voice and video calls. The girl told that her name is Zara Dasgupta and she works as a software engineer in Britain.

The girl befriended the scientist by sending obscene messages and videos. According to the charge sheet, Pradeep was attracted to the beauty of the girl. That’s why Pradeep shared whatever information the girl asked him.

In the investigation, the IP address of the girl turned out to be from Pakistan.
When ATS investigated, the IP address of the girl turned out to be from Pakistan. She was actually an agent of Pakistani intelligence agency. The one who trapped Pradeep in his words. Both had talked to each other from June 2022 to December. Pradeep had blocked the girl’s number in February 2023.

After his arrest, Pradeep Kurulkar was taken to the ATS office in Pune for questioning.

Shared many sensitive information including BrahMos and Agni
According to the chargesheet, the Pakistani agent had sought sensitive information from Pradeep, including BrahMos missile launchers, drones, UCVs, Agni missile launchers and military bridging systems. On this, Pradeep shared the details of BrahMos, Defense Drone, Rustum UAV, Mentor Missile, Rafale System, Astra Missile, AK Fire Arms Agni 6 Missile Launcher, Anti-Satellite Missile, Surface-to-Air Missile to the woman.
