Giving details of the accident, a 72-year-old man died after another person jumped from a height into a swimming pool in Mumbai, a police official said. The incident took place on Sunday evening at the Ozone swimming pool in Goregaon area.

how did this accident happen
The deceased, identified as Vishnu Samant, was swimming in the pool when the incident happened when a 20-year-old man jumped into the pool from a height, the official said. Samant has received injuries on his neck and other parts of the body. He was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

Case filed against youth
A case has also been registered against the young man for unknowingly killing the old man. On the complaint of the wife, a case has been registered against the youth under IPC section 304-A (death by negligence).
