The inflow of water is still going on in the dam, due to which it is likely to be full in the next few days. Rajkot’s Gondal-Atkot highway closed
Due to torrential rains in Rajkot district, the Gondal-Atkot highway has been flooded up to 3 feet. Due to this the highway has been closed from both sides. In Vadipara village of Kotda Sangani, 15 people who were trapped in the flood of the river, were rescued by the NDRF team.
In Lathi village of Amreli district, 3 inches of rain in 2 hours turned the roads into rivers.
