This whole matter is related to a 20-year-old girl from Madhya Pradesh, who ran away from home. He was afraid that the family would kill him. The girl had alleged that her brother was stalking her. Also said that they will take her home forcibly, but she does not want to go. She lives in Varanasi and wants to return there.

Actually, after the girl ran away from the house, the family had registered a case of kidnapping against a young man. The youth was accused of kidnapping two girls, one of whom is absconding. The Madhya Pradesh High Court had canceled the anticipatory bail of the accused. Against which this young man had reached the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court said – we will not interfere in the matter
The Supreme Court said that the Madhya Pradesh High Court canceled the bail of the accused because he was not cooperating in the investigation and was not responding to the investigating officer despite being called.

The bench said- “We will not interfere with the HC order, but direct that the accused surrender within two days. He will be able to apply for bail. Also, the court concerned should take an expeditious decision without being affected by our order.” “

The woman should be provided security till Varanasi- SC
The court also noted that the woman has expressed apprehension that there is a threat to her life. Therefore, we direct the Tilak Marg SHO at New Delhi to provide security to him. Make necessary arrangements for the SHO to drop him in Varanasi on Tuesday itself.
