The person hanging on the bonnet kept pleading to stop the car, later the PCR van chased and stopped the car.

Late on Sunday night in Delhi, a car rider carried a man hanging on the bonnet for 3 km. During this, the victim also pleaded to stop the car, but the driver did not stop the car.

The incident took place at around 11 pm. When a car coming from Ashram Chowk towards Nizamuddin Dargah kept moving for about 3 kilometers with a man hanging on the bonnet. The victim’s name is Chetan, he told that the accused driver Ramchand was drunk. Due to which he was not stopping the car.

I kept asking him to stop but he didn’t stop, says the victim
Victim Chetan said, I work as a driver, I was returning after dropping a passenger. When I reached near the ashram, a car hit my car thrice, then I got out of my car and stood in front of his car. After which he started driving the car, I hung on the bonnet and he kept driving me from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin by hanging on the bonnet. I kept telling him to stop, but he didn’t. The person was completely drunk. On the way, I saw a PCR parked, they followed us till they stopped the car.

Police caught car from PCR van, collected evidence against driver

The accused told, I was driving, he intentionally jumped on the bonnet of my car
Wherein the accused accused Ramchand Kumar says, my car did not even touch his car, I was driving when he deliberately jumped on the bonnet of my car. I asked him to get down but he did not listen. Then I stopped my car and asked him why is he doing this?

Rash driving case registered against the driver, arrested
It has come to know from the number of the car that this car belongs to Bihar MP Chandan Singh. However, police officials said that at the time of the incident only the driver was alone and he was driving and the MP was not present at the time of the incident. Officials said that a case has been registered against the driver for rash driving and he has been arrested.
