3 people of the same family were brutally murdered in Ludhiana. This sensational incident has happened in New Janakpuri under Salem Tabri police station. The incident came to light at 10 am when the milkman came to their house.

No one opened the door to take milk. When in doubt, he informed the neighbors about it. After which the door was broken, three dead bodies were lying inside. In which 2 were lying on the bed and one on the floor below in the same room.

The deceased have been identified as Chaman Lal, his wife Surinder Kaur and mother Bachan Kaur. Their age is between 70 to 90 years. His children live abroad. Neighbors say that the three family members did not come out of the house for the whole day yesterday. In such a situation, it is believed that this murder took place on the evening of 5th July.

It is suspected that the murder was done by strangulation. Apart from this, knife marks have also been found on the bodies of the dead. It is also believed that some knower may have a hand in this murder.

He said that all the latches inside the house were closed. There is no way to go out, so it is not understood how the murderer got inside? Apart from this, the gas cylinders inside the house were also left open.

Police reached the spot to investigate.

SHO Salemtabari police station Harjeet Singh said that the police is investigating the spot. Nearby CCTV cameras are being scanned. The bodies are being sent for postmortem. What is the reason for the murder, it is being investigated from different angles.
