In fact, during the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Srinagar, Rahul Gandhi had said – I had met a girl who was a rape victim. When I asked him if we should tell the police about this, he said no. He said that if I told the police, I would be ashamed.

Police has sent a notice to Rahul Gandhi to know about this girl. The police say that they want to provide security to the girl.

The Delhi Police itself has taken cognizance of the matter. He has sent a list of questions to Rahul to get information about the victim. The police have asked them to answer the questions quickly and in detail so that the victim can be protected.

Police had returned after waiting for 3 hours
Delhi Police said that on March 15, a team had gone to serve notice to Rahul Gandhi. The team waited there for 3 hours, but could not find Rahul. On March 16, senior officers of Delhi Police again went to his house. After waiting for one and a half hour, Rahul met him and received the notice.
