Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra ended at 6.30 pm near Hemkund Public School. In the Bharat Jodo Yatra that started from Khalsa College Ground in Jalandhar on Sunday, Rahul covered 16 km. Let’s go. Earlier this journey was to start at 6 am from the private university of Phagwara. The first leg of the journey was completed with T-brake at around 5 pm and the journey started again at 6 pm.
At 6.30 this yatra came to an end near Hemkund Public School. Sidhu Musewala’s father also reached Jalandhar during the visit. Punjab chief Amarinder Singh took Balkaur Singh, father of Raja Wading Sidhu Musewala, to Rahul Gandhi. Rahul held her hand during the journey and removed the flowers that fell on her with his own hand.
Before starting the journey, Rahul Gandhi reached Shri Devi Talab Temple at 2 pm. Where he bowed his head. After this, he has directly left for the journey.
However, MP Chaudhary Santokh Singh died suddenly of a heart attack during the yatra yesterday. After which the journey was stopped for 24 hours. Today the journey will be started after the last rites of the MP.
Balkaur Singh returns to meet Rahul Gandhi
Balkaur Singh returned after meeting Rahul Gandhi and walking for some time. Balkaur Singh said that it was because of the people of Punjab that he could bear such a big shock. Everyone felt that the life of their house had gone. He has just come here after getting a stunt done, due to which he cannot go among the crowd.
There will be no conference in Jalandhar
According to the schedule made during Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi was to hold a press conference in Jalandhar tomorrow. However, after the death of the MP, the press conference has also been canceled for the time being. It will now be in Hoshiarpur.
