Punjab Police on Tuesday took major action against Bambiha Group, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gangsters. Since morning, 409 police teams have simultaneously started a search operation at 2371 locations in the surrounding areas of Bathinda, Ferozepur and Patiala. It is being told that all these hideouts belong to the close ones of Bambiha Group, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and other gangsters.

For some time, the information of people associated with Bambiha Group, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria and other gangsters was being obtained from the police side. Based on the complete report and following the orders of the High Command, raids have been started across Punjab on Tuesday.
Simultaneous action on all bases
According to sources, the operation was started simultaneously on these bases across Punjab. In Punjab, 2371 locations were selected for the raid. About 409 police parties were prepared to carry out the entire search operation. They were kept on alert, but in view of security, the location was shared with them in the morning.
Electronic goods and documents found
Police have detained several people close to the gangsters after raiding these hideouts. they are being interrogated. Apart from this, electronic gadgets and documents related to the Bambiha gang have also been seized by the police at some places. Those have been sent for forensic examination.
