Martyr Ashok Kumar, a resident of Dhani Jajma village of Nangal Chowdhary area of Mahendragarh district in Haryana, was given a final farewell with state honours. Ashok was posted in Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). He was shot in the Naxal attack in Guwahati. In which he was martyred.
His body was brought to his native village Narnaul late in the evening. After which a large number of people bid him a final farewell. His son lit the fire to him. ITBP officers were also present on this occasion.

Ashok Kumar son of Hawa Singh, resident of Dhani Jajma village of Nangal Chowdhary area, was admitted to ITBP in the year 2012. He was posted in 33 Battalion Guwahati. It is being told that when he was on duty last night, there was a Naxalite attack during the night. In which Ashok Kumar died due to bullet injury.

Ashok Kumar was about 30 years old. He left behind a boy and a girl. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the whole village due to the martyrdom of Ashoka. Administrative officers of the villagers were present on this occasion.
