Food for 20 thousand people will be prepared simultaneously in the kitchen of Salangpur Hanuman Temple in Gujarat.
Today Hanuman Jayanti is being celebrated with pomp across the country. Devotees have started pouring into the temples since morning. A large number of people are reaching to visit the Hanumar temple. At the same time, the police administration has been instructed to remain alert everywhere. The central government is also keeping an eye on Hanuman Jayanti.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has instructed all the states to keep the security system in order. Tight security arrangements have been made in sensitive areas of the states and CCTV-drone monitoring is being done to keep an eye on the miscreants during the procession.
The Kashtbhanjan Hanuman Temple of Salangpur, located in the Botad district of Gujarat, looks like a fort.
Gujarat’s biggest restaurant started in Salangpur Hanuman
Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Botad city of Gujarat today on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. Here he inaugurated Gujarat’s biggest restaurant spread over 7 bighas of land. This entire complex has been erected on 255 columns. Food for 20 thousand people will be cooked simultaneously in the hi-tech kitchen built in about 4550 square feet. Dal-rice, bread-vegetables, khichdi and sukhdi (sweets) will be prepared daily in the food.
Procession in Jahangirpuri at 2 pm today
Delhi Police has given permission for the procession on Hanuman Jayanti in Jahangirpuri area of Delhi. A procession will be taken out in Jahangirpuri at 2 pm today. Riot control vehicles have also been deployed along with personnel of Delhi Police and paramilitary forces ahead of the procession.
