दिल्ली-मुंबई एक्सप्रेसवे का PM करेंगे उद्घाटन: गुरुग्राम से दौसा के बीच 220 किलोमीटर का हाईवे तैयार; कल से फर्राटा भरेंगे वाहन

Vehicles will be able to ply on the Delhi-Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway from February 12. The 220 kilometer highway between Alipur village in Gurugram to Dausa in Rajasthan has been completed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate it on 12 February.

The main program will be held in Dausa, but before that a program will also be held in Gurugram in the presence of Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and Chief Minister Manohar Lal.

Mumbai travel in 12 hours
In fact, after the completion of the Delhi-Vadodara-Mumbai (DVM) Expressway, the journey from Delhi to Mumbai will be completed in just 12 hours by car. Whereas now it takes 24 hours to reach Mumbai. On the occasion of the inauguration of the DVM Expressway on February 12 at 10 am, this expressway would have started at Alipur village in Sohna town of Gurugram.

Where Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Chief Minister Manohar Lal will reach at 10 am. After joining the program from here, they will reach the toll plaza built in Hilalpur village of Nuh district.

Project will be completed in 2024
In the first phase, 220 kilometer road from Alipore to Dausa has been completed. At present, it takes up to 6 hours to reach Dausa from Delhi, but after February 12, it will be possible to reach Dausa within just two and a half hours and from Delhi to Jaipur within 2 hours. The project is expected to be completed by 2024 next year. After that, the journey of 1380 kilometers from Delhi to Mumbai can also be completed by car within just 12 hours.

Expressway will be of 8 lanes
Let us tell you that the Delhi-Mumbai Green Field Expressway is going to be the longest expressway in the country. Vehicles will run at a speed of 120 km per hour on this expressway. Also it will be of 8 lanes. Which can also be done for 12 lanes according to time. About 1 lakh crore rupees will be spent in making this expressway.

will have luxury facilities
There will be restaurants, restrooms, shopping malls, hotels and other facilities on this expressway. Most of the work of this expressway falling in the Haryana border has been completed, on which about 11 thousand crore rupees will be spent. With the opening of the expressway, the traffic pressure on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway (NH-48) will be reduced. Since now this highway is used to go from Delhi to Jaipur or Mumbai. After the construction of the expressway, the jam on the Delhi-Jaipur highway will also be relieved.

There will be only 2 toll plazas
There will be only two toll plazas on the expressway to be built from Alipore to Mumbai. The first toll plaza will be in Hilalpur village falling in Nuh district of Haryana and the second toll plaza will be in Mumbai. After the completion of the expressway, Delhi-NCR districts will have direct connectivity with many big cities of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan. It will be very easy to reach cities like Alwar, Dausa, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Bhopal, Ujjain, Indore, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat.
