Police forces are being sent from nearby districts.

A few months back in Biranpur, two-three girls from one community had married boys from another community against the wishes of their families. Even then there was a fight between these two communities. Since then the people of the village got divided into two sides.

After this, the office bearers of one community started an awareness campaign here to prevent girls from marrying in another society. After this the tension increased further. On Saturday afternoon too, a debate took place between two groups of youths on a similar issue. It turned into a bloody struggle. Sticks and sharp weapons were used. Many people of both the communities were injured in this.

SI BR Thakur of Saja police station was also attacked by the mob, he has been admitted to the hospital.

11 accused arrested, BJP accuses MLA of protection

In this case, the police have so far arrested 11 accused. BJP’s former MLA from Saja Labhchand Bafna said that today a big incident has happened. This is the inefficiency of the administration. Accusing the current MLA Ravindra Choubey of protection, the former MLA has also demanded strict action against the accused.

There was a dispute between the two sides at this place, at present the situation is tense.

Bemetara SP I Kalyan and Collector Padum Singh have reached Elma village. Regarding the incident, SP I Kalyan said that it was a small matter, but how it became a dispute between two communities, it is a matter of investigation. The first priority here is to maintain law and order. Police force has been deployed in the area so that no untoward situation is created.

At the same time, Collector Padum Singh Elma told that there was a dispute between the children in the morning about falling from the bicycle, in which the elders also got involved. Things got worse after this. In the dispute, both the communities got entangled and one side attacked the other with murder. At present, the police investigation is going on and efforts are being made to ensure that the situation does not become tense.
