The person who took the plot in e-auction paid Rs 100-100 in 6 times. After this, the Plot and Property Management System (PPM), which keeps track of the payments, showed that the full payment of Rs 4.40 crore has been made.

HSVP sold a plot of 500 square yards in Gurugram through e-auction in the year 2021-22. A resident of Palam Vihar, Gurugram itself, participated in the e-auction for Plot No. 3760, Sector 23A. The bid for this plot went up to Rs 4 crore 89 lakh.

After this, the person who was allotted this plot deposited the payment in HSVP between the months of July and September. He made this payment online in 6 times. Get 100-100 rupees deposited every time. After this, the Plot and Property Management System (PPM), which keeps track of the payments, showed that Rs 4 crore 40 lakh has been deposited.

took possession of the plot
On September 12, 2022, HSVP officials handed over the possession of the plot to the allottee after getting the information about the payment. As soon as the building plan was approved on 10 October, the allottee got the registry done on 13 October. After this, the certificate was also issued to the allottee on 2 December.

blame the wife
The wife of the person in whose name the plot was allotted has also been accused of fraudulently taking the HSVP plot. At that time the HSVP had also canceled the plot allotted in the name of the wife of the accused. Along with this, a case was also registered against the accused woman.

HSVP Estate Officer-1 Vikas Dhanda told that the accused had messed up the system. As soon as we got the alert from the headquarters, we got the bank statement taken out, and the whole matter came under control. Registry allotment has been cancelled.
