Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi had dropped Ambedkar’s name from the speech in the assembly, after which he has been protesting.
Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi has been threatened by DMK spokesperson Shivaji Krishnamurthy. He said that you go to Kashmir, we will send a terrorist there who will shoot you. In fact, in a program, the governor had dropped Ambedkar’s name from his speech. Since then, the workers and leaders of the ruling party have been opposing the governor. Regarding Shivaji’s statement, the Governor’s office has registered a case against him at the Chennai Police Station.

The DMK leader said- ‘The Chief Minister is saying that we should not say anything to the Governor. If the Governor had read the speech properly, I would have put flowers at his feet and thanked him with folded hands. But, if this person in Tamil Nadu refuses to take Ambedkar’s name, don’t I have the right to hit him with slippers?’
‘Didn’t you take oath in the name of the Constitution? Has Ambedkar not written this constitution? If you refuse to take his name, you should go to Kashmir. We will send a terrorist there who will shoot you dead.

Regarding this statement of DMK leader, BJP leader Narayanan Tirupati has demanded his arrest. He said the police should find out about his terror links. He said in the speech that we will send terrorists to kill you, what does this ‘we’ mean? This language does not seem to be used only by Shivaji Krishnamurthy. I think such language is being used under the auspices of CM MK Stalin.

On January 9, Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi was giving a speech in the assembly. He did not read some parts of the speech prepared by the government. Instead, he added some things from his side to the speech. Chief Minister MK Stalin moved a resolution in the Assembly against the Governor’s speech change, after which the Governor left the proceedings midway.
