trolley fell into ditch
The trolley of devotees of Nawanshahar, who were going to pay obeisance at Shri Khuralgarh Sahib, the abode of Shri Guru Ravidas ji, fell into a 100 feet deep gorge. In this accident, 3 women died on the spot while 34 people were injured. All were taken to the Health Center Bathri under District Una of Himachal Pradesh, where some have been referred to Nawanshahr.
Devotees were going to pay obeisance from village Paragpur and Mubarakpur of Nawanshahr that on the way near village Bassi, after jumping on the unpaved road, the trolley uncontrollably rolled straight into a 100 feet deep gorge. Three women Bhupinder Kaur resident Mubarakpur, Sukhpreet Kaur daughter Davindra and Mahindra Kaur wife Pyara Lal resident Paragpur got buried under the trolley and died on the spot.

Condition of three serious PGI refer
Three of the 34 injured who came from Himachal’s Bathri to Civil Hospital Nawanshahr have been referred to PGI as their condition is serious. Remaining 31 injured are Gopal Ram and Sarabjit Singh residents of Khuralgarh, Ranjit Singh and Harbilas residents of Garhi Matto, Thana Garhshankar, Samar, Tanveer Singh, Parminder Kaur, Arvinder Kumar, Kamaljit Singh, Satnam Singh, Mohan Lal, Poonam, Seema Rani, Kulwinder Kaur, Hardeep Kaur, Kulveer Singh, Navpreet, Sunita, Parminder Kaur, Praneet, Chaman Lal, Babita and Ram Pal resident of Paragpur, Police Station Kathgarh, District Nawanshahar, Harpreet Kaur and Jatin resident of Mutton Khurd, Prem Chand, Paramveer Singh and Shadi Ram resident of Mubarakpur, Baljit Kaur and Kuldeep Kaur, residents of police station Kathgarh, district Nawanshahr, Ganu Majra, district Ropar, are undergoing treatment at Nawanshahr Civil Hospital.
