“We have moved the processing requirements to happen on YouTube’s servers. This allows all customers to access the feature, regardless of their home devices, because when it’s streamed, their device sees only one live feed instead of two or four,” said German Cheung, engineering lead, YouTube TV said.
Cheung said, “Instead of building something completely new from scratch, we can use content already created by the Live team and make adjustments from there for the YouTube TV platform and bring the feature to market faster.” Can.”
