Youth walked all the way from Nepal to meet Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav | Patna News – Times of India

PATNA: A youth walked all the way from the neighbouring country Nepal to meet Bihar deputy chief minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav in the state capital here last night (Thursday-Friday night).
The information was shared on Friday by none other than Tejashwi Yadav on his official Twitter handle wherein he uploaded four snaps of himself alongside the youth Anand Sharma, his fan from Nepal.
According to Tejashwi, Sharma covered the distance from Nepal to Patna, carrying aloft national flags of India and Nepal, underscoring the deep bilateral ties shared by the two nations.
In the photographs shared by Tejashwi, Sharma can be seen presenting the Deputy CM with a memento, placing a Nepalese cap on the latter’s head and a scarf around his neck.
Tejashwi accorded a warm welcome to Sharma after he came to know about the distinctive feat of the Nepali youth. Besides a warm reception at his residence, Tejashwi obliged Sharma with an autograph on a portrait-sized photograph of himself. “Best wishes. Keep smiling”, wrote Tejashwi beside his signature on the photograph he handed over to the Nepali youth.
It could not be known from which part of Nepal did Sharma begin his foot march though even from the border, the distance to the state capital happens to be more than 300 to 400 kilometres.
“I am happy after listening to him talk about the passion and craze of youths and our admirers in Nepal,” Tejashwi wrote in his tweet in Hindi.
