Yami Gautam says her role in ‘Bhoot Police’ expanded her range as an artiste

Actress Yami Gautam is all set to enthrall audiences again with her innocence and charm with her role as ‘Maya’ in the upcoming horror-comedy film ‘Bhoot Police’. The ‘Vicky Donor’ actor will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in a never-before-seen character in the upcoming film ‘Bhoot Police’ Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, And Jacqueline Fernandez.

Talking about her character in the film, Yami said, “As an actor, you are always looking for a challenging and varied role. In Bhoot Police I got to do something which I haven’t done before and it did. Allowed me to expand my range. An artist. It can’t be talked about right now, but I hope I get a chance to surprise my audience with it.”

‘Bhoot Police’ features Saif-Arjun as ghost hunters, where Vibhuti (Saif) is a distrustful and Chironji (Arjun) is a believer of evil spirits. The two brothers along with Maya (Yami) and Kanika (Jacqueline) set out on a mission to exterminate a notorious spirit living in a small town in the mountains.

She further shares her experience of working with the co-actors, “It was really nice to work with Saif, Arjun and Jacqueline. As a team, we could all bounce off each other’s energy, And it reflects on the screen. We all had a blast shooting for Ek Tha film. We celebrated Diwali together and I introduced them to my ‘Pahari Dham’ food and they all loved it. It’s good And felt special.”
