Now today it will be decided whether Ashish will remain in jail or will come out.
Earlier, after 25 days of violence late on Wednesday night, DM of the district Dr. Arvind Chaurasia has been transferred. In his place, the government has handed over the command of Lakhimpur to IAS Mahendra Bahadur Singh. The government has transferred 10 IAS and 9 IPS late night.

In these, the accused Sumit Jaiswal, Nandan Singh Vishray, Satyam Tripathi and Shishupal have been ordered to be taken on remand for two days again, while another accused has been remanded for three days. Police will take all these on remand from Thursday.

Violence broke out in Lakhimpur on October 3
