Will Salman Khan’s ‘Tiger 3’, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ release in 2022?
Two much awaited movies ‘Tiger 3’ and ‘Pathan’ starring the superstar Salman Khan And Shah Rukh Khan, is likely to release in the second half of 2022. The news was shared by Indian trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh on his Twitter handle. “#Xclusiv…Salman Khan – Shah Rukh: Latest on ‘Tiger 3’ and ‘Pathan’… A lot of people are inquiring on my timeline regarding the release date of Tiger 3. [#SalmanKhan] and #pathan [#SRK]… there is every possibility that both will arrive in the second half of 2022.”
‘Tiger 3’ is the third film in the successful ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ franchise, which will also feature Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi as an antagonist. In the film, Salman will be reprising his role of RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) agent Avinash Singh Rathore aka Tiger, while Katrina will be seen playing the female lead.
The first film of the popular franchise ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ came in 2012 and was directed by Kabir Khan. The film received an overwhelming response and was a tremendous success at the box office.
On the other hand, the upcoming Siddharth Anand directorial ‘Pathan’, which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone Can also star in lead roles John abraham in an important role. The film which is currently under production marks Khan’s return to the big screen after a gap of almost three years.
Apart from the King Khan’s comeback project in 2018 with Aanand L Rai’s ‘Zero’ Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, ‘Pathan’ has grabbed the attention of many as it will also have an extended cameo of Salman Khan.
