Pakistan’s head of Inter-Services Intelligence, General Faiz Hameed, arrived in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, at the invitation of the Taliban. According to the report, he had gone there to discuss the future of both the countries. Pakistan’s agenda of maintaining good relations with Kabul is not hidden from anyone and this meeting indicates that the ISI wants to use the soil of Afghanistan as a base for its plans to flourish.
