The Congress has slammed Punjab in-charge Harish Rawat on the leadership issue and said that the election will be fought under the leadership of both the chief minister and the state party president.
AICC General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala said, "Media please don’t spread confusion and stop attacks on Dalit Chief Minister. Charanjit Channi will be our face as Chief Minister and Sidhu as State President."
