A case of brutal murder of a woman has come to light in Ghaziabad. The murder was not done by anyone but the person with whom she had a love marriage 10 months back. The accused killed his wife and slit her neck. After this, the body was filled in a sack and took it to a deserted area by scooty, where the neck was thrown into the river and the body in the field. In this the father of the accused also supported.

Told the story of false kidnapping to the police so that the police and the family members of the woman did not suspect. But, when the police started the investigation, layer after layer, the false story of the husband kept getting exposed. When the police took strict action, the husband broke down and confessed to the murder.

Love marriage lasted only 10 months
Akash Tyagi lives in Tower-C located at Siddharth Vihar Prateek Ground in Ghaziabad. 26-year-old Riya Jain used to work in Noida, where Akash also used to work with her. Riya was a resident of Ujjain. The two first became friends, then fell in love. Both got married in March 2021. It is being told that the parents wanted a lot of dowry in the marriage of their son. For this, he was also looking for a girl from a rich house. But, when the son did love marriage, he got upset. After this Riya started being harassed for bringing dowry. He was also often beaten up.

So much hatred that the wife made two pieces
On January 25, Riya was murdered by her husband and mother-in-law by slitting her throat with a sharp weapon. Killed so mercilessly that the neck was completely separated from the body. After this, the body was kept in a sack and from the scooty put the body in the sugarcane field near the forest of Shahzadpur village. After this, the neck was thrown into the Gangnahar of Muradnagar. Later Akash and his family returned to their home.

False kidnapping story told to the girl’s family
On January 26, Akash informed on the number UP-112. He said that some youths in the car have kidnapped his wife Riya Jain. Argued that Riya’s brother had borrowed some rupees from a person. In this connection some people came by car. They took Riya by putting her in the car and asking about her brother. On this, the police investigated the location and CDR of Riya’s mobile.

Husband, mother-in-law arrested, search for neck continues
It was learned that Riya’s mobile was switched off for the last time in the house itself. The location of husband Akash and other relatives were found at two suspicious places where there was no point for them to go. The needle of suspicion of the police deepened. After rigorous interrogation, the accused confessed their crime. Inspector Yogendra Malik said that the torso has been recovered from the field of Shahzadpur village on the spot of the accused. The search for the neck continues. The deceased’s husband Akash Tyagi, father-in-law Suresh Tyagi and mother-in-law Usha Tyagi have been arrested in this case. The weapon used in the murder has been recovered.
