When BTS’ Wee and Jin got into a heavy fight: The popular Korean boy band BTS is not only known for their songs and spectacular stage performances, but also for their camaraderie and what each band member shares with each other. We do. While RM is the leader of the group, the rest of the septet is completed by Jin, Suga, Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope and V aka Tahyung. When not on stage, these boys are often seen walking around, pulling each other’s legs and sweating in rehearsals. But, there have been times when there was an argument between them.

In one such instance, Wei and Jin got into a fierce fight. So much so that Taehyung had tears in his eyes and his fellow members had to come to console him. This happened during the Wings 2017 Tour. The video of their argument was a part of their documentary, Burn the Stage. The rift started between the two just 10 minutes before their concert. RM explained to him that there was a flaw in the choreography, as the difference between him and Jungkook was huge. To fix the gap, Wei suggests that things can be settled if he and Jin increase their speed.

Jin explained that he was finding it difficult to judge space and that he was running as fast as he could. As Wei and Jin could not come to a common conclusion, the two disagreed and it soon turned into a major argument. Wei countered Jin, saying that he was only ‘suggesting’. It grew so much that Wei lost his cool and said to Jin, “You used to be fast, now suddenly you can’t.”

Soon other members stepped in to pacify the two. V was almost on the verge of crying. Later, just before going to the concert, Taehyung couldn’t hold it any further and broke up. RM, who had gone to check on her before the concert, hugged her and gave the group a loud talk. Afterwards, Jimin consoles Jin.

After the performance, Wei apologized to Jin for ‘talking in a derogatory way’ and behaving ‘selfishly’. He said that he never wanted to offend Jin. “It’s true that I disregarded you and I offended you, but I am older than you which hurts my pride. I try not to impose myself on you guys because I feel that pride is not a good thing for anyone. Not good for anything,” Jin replied. “If I can explain myself, I never, even once, tried to offend you. I never thought, ‘Oh, I’m just going to piss him off,'” Wei assures. The two had a heartfelt conversation and things went back to normal.

Meanwhile, BTS is coming out with their anthology album Proof on June 10th.
