West Bengal civic elections: How Hamro Party won in Darjeeling was formed 3 months ago

Even as the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) registered a landslide victory in the West Bengal municipal elections, capturing 102 out of 108 municipalities in Darjeeling, West Bengal, a debutant Hamro party won 32 of the Won 18 seats.
