Weather Forecast: Abu Dhabi Weather Updates, India vs Afghanistan, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup: Weather Forecast for today’s India vs AFG match

After losing their first two games in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Team India will be hoping for a change in fortunes when they travel to Abu Dhabi for their next match. The match between India and Afghanistan will also mark the 33rd match of the T20 World Cup and will begin at 07:30 PM (IST) at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium.

The Virat Kohli-led outfit’s performance in the Dubai leg has been on par with the Men in Blue registering their second-biggest defeat (33 balls) in the history of the T20I format against New Zealand last weekend. India’s biggest defeat in the shortest format of the game in terms of balls was against Australia (52 balls) in 2008. Team India, which is also the official host of the ongoing marquee event, suffered a ten-wicket loss to Babar Azam-led Pakistan in their first game.

On the other hand, the Afghan team has dashed everyone’s expectations with their performance. And, at this stage of the league, they look like a real contender to cement their place in the semi-final round of the showpiece event.

So far, Afghanistan have played three matches and won two of them and their only loss of the season has come against the number two ICC T20I team Pakistan.
