Watch: Queen’s Royal Guard knocks on boy while marching on duty in UK, sparks debate

New Delhi: A video has surfaced showing the Queen of England’s Royal Guard beating a boy while marching on duty.

The clip showed two Royal Guards in gray uniforms marching with signature bearskin caps as families watched them when a little boy came their way and was knocked over by one of them.

According to a report in The Sun, the incident, which shocked the audience, took place at the Tower of London, England.

The video, which was previously posted anonymously on TikTok, has since gone viral with users of other social media platforms sharing it widely.

“Make way,” someone shouted before hitting the guard’s little boy.

While the shocked people gasped as the boy fell and the guards moved on, the boy could be seen immediately dragging himself up to his feet. He seemed unwell.

The caption of the video posted on Tiktok states that the boy was in the UK for a holiday with his family.

As The Sun reports, various users posted reactions in the comments section to the viral video, with some asking who was wrong.

Some said that the guards could have used common sense and avoided killing the child.

The report shared one of the comments that read: “That kid isn’t dangerous… there was no reason to do it.”

Another user said: “Saying to all the people that they are just doing their job. If your job involves trampling children, there’s a problem.”

A third viewer posted: “It wouldn’t kill the guard to walk around the baby…”
