Dia Mirza who recently announced the birth of her son Avyan Azad Rekhi on Sunday shared an adorable video on Instagram with her stepdaughter Adara. In the video, both Diya and Samaira are dressed in white tees with ripped blue jeans and white sneakers in color coordinated outfits as they perform on Justin Wellington’s ‘Echo Echo’ song. Samaira is the daughter of Diya’s husband Vaibhav, from her first marriage to yoga artist Sunaina Rekhi.

Earlier last week on July 14, Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi announced the birth of their son Avyan Azad Rekhi on Wednesday.
Dia shared the news with fans on Instagram with a long, emotional note. The actress posted a picture of her holding her son’s hand. She told that her son was born premature on May 14 due to complications in the pregnancy. The baby is in the Neonatal ICU since birth.
She explained that due to a serious bacterial infection, she had to deliver early via an emergency C-section. He thanked the doctors and nurses taking care of the child. She said that the family was waiting for the child to come home, especially that of Samaira.
Minutes after the news was announced, her Instagram was flooded with congratulatory messages from Bollywood celebrities.
Diya and Vaibhav tied the knot in February 2021 in an intimate wedding ceremony. The actress announced her pregnancy in April, while she was on her honeymoon in Maldives.
