Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are following Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s footsteps when it comes to bringing their daughter Raha into the limelight.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt fans are eagerly waiting for the couple to reveal the face of their daughter Raha. The couple shared the first photo of the little girl in November when they announced her name. However, since then Alia and the family have kept the little one away from the limelight. Now the couple has informed the paparazzi in Mumbai that they want to keep her away from the limelight for some more time.
Popular paparazzi Viral Bhayani and Varinder Chawla revealed that the couple met the paparazzi on Saturday and personally requested them not to click pictures of Raha if they see her with the family. “Today the couple personally met the paparazzi and requested them not to click pictures of their daughter. The couple diligently explained all the obvious reasons for keeping their child away from the media glare. And most importantly, the couple has promised photographers that they will click pictures of their little munchkin at the right age and time. Really a right and positive step taken by Ranbir and Alia,” Varinder revealed on Instagram.
While they try to keep Raha away from the limelight, they did give a glimpse of the baby to the paparazzi. Viral revealed, “Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor organized a special get-together for media photographers. The couple requested the media not to click the picture(s) of their child. Ranbir showed us the beautiful pictures of baby Raha on his phone. Later they treated us to some amazing chaat,” he said.
Looks like Ranbir and Alia have adopted Virat Kohli And Anushka Sharma’s parenting method when it comes to bringing her child into the limelight. For the unversed, Anushka and Virat have also decided to keep their daughter Vamika away from the spotlight. Time and again, he requested the paparazzi not to click pictures of Vamika when the trio was seen together.
Meanwhile, Alia and Ranbir welcomed Raha on 6 November. A few weeks later, she shared a picture where she and Ranbir were seen cuddling their little one, while revealing that they have named their daughter Raha. Explaining the meaning of the name, Alia said, “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful grandmother) has so many beautiful meanings… Raha, in its purest form means divine path in Swahili, it is Joy, in Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, in Bengali – comfort, ease, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom and joy. And true to its name, from the first moment we caught it – we felt it all! ❤️” she wrote.
