Virat Kohli hit a six to complete his record sixth IPL century and the former RCB skipper received a standing ovation for his match-winning innings
Virat Kohli scored a 62-ball century, his record sixth IPL century, equaling Chris Gayle’s record for most tons in the league’s history. Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets with the help of Kohli’s match-winning innings and another brilliant knock from the chase master.
Kohli hit a six to bring up his hundred, got a hug from RCB skipper Faf du Plessis and the entire Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium erupted in joy.
The entire RCB dugout bowed down and gave a standing ovation to the opener, who broke several records for fun, that too in an important must-win game.
