Vikram Ravichandran announces his next gangster drama ‘Mudhol’. The cast and crew of Trivikram film have completed 30 days of filming. The title teaser and first look were released on Wednesday, along with the announcement that Karthik Rajan will direct. In his gangster avatar, The Crazy Star Jr. is shown gnawing on a bone with a blade in his hand. The image also shows the dog’s commitment to the owner by showing him with a knife in his mouth.
The teaser shows Vikram as a prisoner wearing a mask and cooking food for the other convicts who are ready to kill him. But the dog comes forward to help and together they defeat the gang.
According to the film’s director Karthik Rajan, who is making his Kannada film debut, “There is a place called Mudhol in Karnataka and there is a breed of dog known as the Mudhol Hound. In our film, the dog’s performance has an important role to play. When Vikram told his father Ravichandran about the incident, he thought the word Mudhol would be appropriate for the film and the narrative.

Vikram, according to Karthik, was incredibly taken aback by the storytelling and quickly gave his nod to the proposal. Raksha and Vijayakumar, who previously produced Mugilpete with Manu as the lead actor, as well as Vikram and Manu’s family banner, Ishwari Productions, are backing the film. Shivamogga and Bengaluru will serve as the primary locations for filming. According to the production team, Vikram’s role and the first-look teaser of the film will be released in January.
