VietJet to launch direct flights between Bengaluru and these cities in Vietnam

Vietnamese airline VietJet has announced that it will offer service between Bengaluru and Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). VietJet said the new routes are expected to be operational by the end of the year and new direct flights to other important Indian cities will also be launched at that time. The news comes after the Southeast Asian airline recently launched direct services between New Delhi, Mumbai, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition, the airline has already announced its plans to launch flight services connecting Mumbai and New Delhi to Phu Quoc islands, a favorite beach destination of Southeast Asia, from the beginning of September.

The airline said following its new international routes connecting major Indian cities to Vietnam, VietJet has major network development and implementation plans for the Indian market.

Vietnam has been an emerging destination in recent years, attracting more and more world travelers, VietJet said, adding that new direct flights from Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, make traveling to Vietnam not only easier and more affordable for Indian visitors. but also connect with other Southeast Asia destinations.

These destinations include Bali, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore or the Northeast Asian cities of Seoul, Busan, Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya and Taipei, the airline said.
