A new video of a youth who was killed by a mob alleging sacrilege at Nizampur Gurdwara in Kapurthala district in Punjab has surfaced. In this, the young man is seen in the same clothes that he was wearing when he was being beaten up by some people in the gurudwara. This video is from a day before the incident in Kapurthala district itself.
In the video, the young man is seen mentally deranged. The young man, wearing a red sweater t-shirt and gray colored pajama, has put a bag on his shoulder and has tied some clothes around his waist. He has tied Ghungroo in both the feet and in his hand was carrying a khurpi (agriculture tool) used in gardening.
Gym owner made video on Saturday
This video of the young man was made on Saturday. This video was shot on her mobile in the presence of the gym operator, who came to exercise outside a gym located on Kanjali Road in the outer area of Kapurthala city. Gym owner Harvinder Singh himself confirmed the video. According to Harvinder Singh, he looked like a retarded child and was roaming near his gym at around eight o’clock on Saturday morning.
When asked what was made, he blushed and ran away.

He called the woman and called for the video and after matching the video of the beating, she found the same young man. After this he also sent the video made by him to the police officers.
SSP said – video has been found, will check CCTV in the morning
Kapurthala SSP Har Kamalpreet Singh Khakh told that the video has also reached him. Prima facie this video seems to be of the same person who was put to death in Nizampur Gurdwara. He said that the video will be brought on record and its investigation will be done. Help will also be taken from those who have shot the video. Police will also check CCTV installed on Kanjali Road in the morning. The SSP said that if this video turns out to be true, strict action will be taken against those who killed the youth. No one will be spared.
