New Delhi: Actor Vicky Kaushal is keen to collaborate with director Aanand L Rai after watching his latest film “Atrangi Re”. The ‘Sardar Udham Singh’ actor praised the film’s cast and requested director Aanand L Rai to cast him in the latter’s next directorial venture.
Taking to his Instagram, Vicky shared the poster of the film in his story, lauding the performances of actors Dhanush, Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan in ‘Atrangi Re’. Very impressed with the film, the ‘Uri’ actor wrote on the picture, “What a lovely film… have fun! @saraalikhan95 Such a difficult role to play and how wonderfully you have surrendered yourself. Dhanush and Akshay Praising Kumar, he wrote, “@DhanushKraja Absolutely brilliant. @AkshayKumar Garda Ude Diye! @anandlrai Cast me in your next film sir, please!”
‘Atrangi Re’ released on December 24, 2021 on OTT platform Disney + Hotstar. The theatrical release of the film was being postponed for a long time due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Soon after its release, the film, which claimed to be a love story with a twist, became the most-watched film of the year on the OTT platform.
On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal who recently married actress Katrina Kaif, has resumed shooting for his upcoming film opposite Sara Ali Khan in Indore. The actor recently posted a picture on Instagram in which he can be seen flaunting his muscular biceps. His fans are stunned after seeing this picture.
