Varun Dhawan Reveals That Kiara Called Him ‘Chauwanwadi’ Before Filming Their Fight In Jugjug Jio, Here’s Why

Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani Starrer Jagjag Jio is emerging as a favorite among the audience. The film is doing well at the box office and people are loving the chemistry shared by the lead pair. Those who have seen the film would know that there is a huge fight sequence between the two who play the role of Kukku and Naina in the film. Now, in a recent interview, Varun Dhawan has revealed that they fought in real before filming the scene.

Talking to Pinkvilla, Varun Dhawan revealed, “I and Kiara had 2-3 fights before the scene was actually shot. Because we were discussing the scene and she was like ‘I will say this’. And I was like ‘But that’s not my point of view.’ This is not my point of view as a man. I have to earn for my family because that is what I have been taught. She’s like ‘No, you’re an anarchist’ How is that a blind devotee? Your brother and father think the same way. Then why am I chaotic if I feel that I need to earn for my family. This is what my parents taught me in my childhood.”

Well, their chemistry in the film was something that was well received by the audience. News18’s review of JugJug Jio said, “The film has problems. Some jokes seem like old WhatsApp forwards even though they bring laughter. But one would like to ignore it as JagJug Jio provides wholesome entertainment. JugJug Jio Will make you laugh, cry and connect with the characters on an emotional roller coaster. The film is utterly entertaining, and paisa vasool hai, and you must watch it.”
