According to the report, the man gave his credit card information to the fraudster to make the payment. He was told that a technical problem caused the payment to fail. After this he gave his wife’s credit card information. The fraudster transferred two lakh rupees in three transactions in five minutes.

The impostor, posing as the real one, asked her for details about her travel.

After this he asked to give 100 rupees in advance.
