UP schools reopening: Uttar Pradesh government has decided to reopen schools in Uttar Pradesh with 50% attendance. Schools in UP will also open with Kovid-19 protocol from August 16, 2021. From August 2, schools have been opened in many states of the country. A meeting has been held in Lok Bhavan with UP CM Yogi Adityanath regarding the reopening of the school. Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma will hold a meeting in the department from 2.30 pm.
All schools in Uttar Pradesh will be opened with Kovid-19 protocol. It will be mandatory for the students to wear masks with social distancing. Students in UP have to give written consent of their parents to attend schools. Students will not be admitted to the school without the consent letter.
ANI tweeted, “Intermediate schools in the state will reopen with 50% capacity from August 16. Colleges and universities will reopen from September 1. The state government has started the process of admission for students in colleges/universities from August 5. instructions have been given.” .

With the relaxation of lockdown restrictions, there is a steady decline in the cases of corona infection in the country. Therefore, schools have started reopening in all states. In this regard, the state governments have issued guidelines for schools and directed them to strictly follow the Kovid protocol.
Significantly, schools have been reopened in states like Maharashtra, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra etc. However, it has not been made compulsory for students to attend school. The decision to open schools in Delhi and Tamil Nadu has not been taken yet.
