Bet on 7 faces for power in UP…

1. Anupriya Patel: Anupriya Kurmi, MP from Mirzapur Lok Sabha seat adjoining Varanasi, is the face. He has a good influence in Eastern UP and Bundelkhand and also has a significant number of Kurmi votes. Apna Dal (S) president Anupriya is an ally of the BJP and her presence in the cabinet will benefit the NDA in the Bundelkhand region.

2. BL Verma: He is a Rajya Sabha MP from BJP. Due to the absence of Kalyan Singh in active politics, BJP is promoting him as a Lodhi face. These votes can prove to be very beneficial for the BJP during the assembly elections in Central Uttar Pradesh.

3. SP Singh Baghel: Member of Parliament from Agra. He was once considered closest to Mulayam Singh Yadav. But, in 2017 Amit Shah brought him to the BJP. Coming from SC quota, SP Singh Pal-Baghel keeps a hold on the vote bank.

4. Kaushal Kishore: He is considered close to Shah and was also vocal against the UP government during the Corona period. He has a hold on the SC vote in central and eastern Uttar Pradesh. The BJP’s target is to include him in the cabinet and increase the SC vote further.

5. Pankaj Choudhary: Pankaj Choudhary, MP from Maharajganj, is from the Kurmi fraternity. He has been a MP for 6 times and his hold is very strong in the Maharajganj area adjacent to Gorakhpur. The resignation of Santosh Gangwar, who comes from the Kurmi community, has been taken. In such a situation, the Modi government wanted a face in his place.

6. Bhanu Pratap Verma: He is an MP from Jalaun Lok Sabha seat and has a good influence in Bundelkhand. He has a hold on the SC vote bank. Kori comes from the society and has become an MP from Jalaun for the fifth time.

7. Ajay Mishra Teni: He is a Lok Sabha MP from Lakhimpur Kheri in Central UP. Became MP for the second time. He has been given a place in the cabinet to help the Brahmin vote bank. He is being promoted as a Brahmin face.
