Gorakhpur: Video of a female teacher thrashing the school headmaster with slippers for allegedly harassing her in the neighbourhood. Siddharthnagar district has gone viral on social media, officials said.
The incident took place at Agradih Primary School Etawa Tehsil The inquiry was ordered on Thursday and after the teacher (shiksha mitra) filed a complaint with the original shiksha adhikari (BSA).
Principal as per complaint Manoj Kumar Called the teacher to his office on Thursday morning and tried to harass him. When she protested, he used abusive language against her and asked her to leave.
The video begins with the teacher beating up Youth with his shoes. Moments later, the principal is seen running to save himself from the beating, while the furious teacher chases him with sandalwood in his hand.
The teacher gave a complaint to BSA Rajendra Singh who has asked the Block Education Officer to investigate the matter and warned that strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty.
