A local court here on Tuesday ordered former BJP minister Anand Swaroop Shukla and four others to surrender before the court by December 2 in connection with the murderous attack on a student leader nine years ago.
Ojha’s lawyer Dinesh Tiwari said that in the case of student leader Sudhir Ojha, special judge Hussain Ahmad Ansari of the local MP/MLA court issued the order.
On January 15, 2013, Ojha was attacked with a knife at Satish Chandra Mahavidyalaya in Kotwali area of Ballia city.
