The national executive meeting in Delhi concluded on Tuesday with the extension of the term of the party’s national president JP Nadda till June 2024.

The Union Cabinet meeting is scheduled to take place in Delhi on Wednesday, two days after the two-day national executive meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Delhi.

Addressing a press conference, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “I am confident that under the leadership of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi And (JP) Nadda-ji, the BJP will win the 2024 Lok Sabha elections with an even bigger majority. Modi-ji will come back to lead the country as the Prime Minister.”

The proposal for Nadda’s extension was presented by Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and was unanimously agreed upon by the members of the National Executive, according to ANI.

Emphasizing on programs that bind the country together, PM Modi on Monday asked party workers to insist on organizing more events like Kashi-Tamil Sangam so that all states share their culture, civilization and heritage with each other. Share and the country is united culturally.

According to sources, the attendees also discussed the nine-point political proposal put forth by Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju.
